Cupcakes @ 2





因為有捧場客所以又做了cupcakes


基底不變配料卻可以千變萬化
之前買下的黑無花果乾
本來是當乾果零食的
將其加入蛋糕中也應該不錯
濕潤蜜甜的果肉切成粗粒
跟軟綿的蛋糕體相得益彰
美味的配搭

另一半用了這包Butterscotch糖粒

有著香濃拖肥味的糖粒加上本身的牛油蛋糕

簡直就是天生一對的好伴侶

斑馬紋紙托是黑無花果

紅底圓點的是Butterscotch

yummy cake 哈哈…..今日我都做了小蛋糕….黑糖桂圓 也常做乾果cupcake, 但未試過用butterscotch chips, 絕對相信它與牛油蛋糕是 “天生一對的好伴侶”

黑糖桂圓都好夾架 butterscotch chips本身就係用黎烘焙嘛 , 味道好似焦糖拖肥, 好濃郁.
