好久沒有做Pie了
OK OK 應該是好久甚麼也沒做了 我知道 我知道
幾經掙扎才勉強的起心肝晃進廚房開壇
雖說只是一個pie但功夫絕不比做一頓飯菜省力
先做好pie底的麵團冷凍備用
然後再清洗切炒做餡的配料
將這一部份準備完畢後 我就出門買另一些食材
有機沙律菜配上香煎帶子及香草蝦仁
再加上鮮橙增添清新感
Pecorino and Mozzarella 軟硬兩款芝士濃淡相宜
大大堆撒在pie面烤成金黃的面層
內餡的蘑菇 雞肉 京蔥都喜歡切成大大的片塊狀
豐盛的內涵給人滿滿的飽足感
清新的果香沙律配以濃郁的芝士pie
每一口給味蕾帶來衝擊

果pie係cafe、度都有得食, 不過冇咁多芝士面囉...沙律就唔見有了...自己整一定落足料啦...唔係使乜整餐懵呀..

有得睇冇得食啦..清哂 我係一田買既....係好少見.撞手神先見1,2隻係貨架.通常都係2百幾個,我果次見標價4X , 以為標錯,去收銀問真係,即買...冇花冇爛,唔明點解會咁既價,唔買都對自己唔住啦 ,仲係甩底既

你想整沙律定pie呢.. 唔使醃,少油,落主料,調味鹽, 黑椒, Dijon mustard ,香草炒即可.沙律仲要落汁,pie仲有芝士, 好夠味.

醫院呢...不過, 我始終鐘意睇雜貨店之類有好多細節野既...好似榨菜,生根, 冬菇 ,海味, 鹹魚等等...仲有掃把, 百潔布...超似..
