雖說是游水養的但跟海釣的並沒太大分別
在魚身掃上香草油逐片放上燒得冒煙的烤板
旁邊放上檸檬同樣烤炙使檸檬變軟更加多汁
最後配以沙律上碟
沒有意粉米飯以切片法包取代
再以紅黃椒及蘑菇粒鋪面撒上芝士進焗爐
不消一會兒便香噴噴鬆脆出爐

絕對不要跟自己過不去

哈哈, 呢餐0岩過2人食, 有3個人, 所以要飛奔落樓買多條...全部清碟,麵包搭夠 snapper即係平時講既立魚,街市魚檔好易買到,有紅有黑游水既....不過佢比較淡味, 所以用煎焗就好過蒸了....新鮮魚真係唔需太多調味, 本身已好鮮甜架.

回覆刪除呢d留言係連埋打包一齊有係度既,最搞野係連d私留都有齊, 仲要印埋個鎖係度, 不過公開哂 ,所以要逐個delete....但打包都唔係完全齊, 有d成篇得返一張相, 有d得相同文, 冇左留言...所以有時都要去返y/b度執返冇左既相返黎..總之都係靠唔住, 好多都索性唔要了.
